Reinforced Earth\u00ae \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri, dolgu tutma, istinat duvarlar\u0131 in\u015fa etme ve zemin stabilizasyonu tasarlama konular\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fa m\u00fchendisler i\u00e7in ve her t\u00fcrl\u00fc zemin-yap\u0131 etkile\u015fimi zorlu\u011funu \u00e7\u00f6zmek i\u00e7in uzun zamand\u0131r ilk tercih olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
Ba\u011fl\u0131 bulundu\u011fumuz Grup; Terre Arm\u00e9e\u2019nin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etti\u011fi mekanik olarak stabilize edilmi\u015f zemin duvarlar\u0131 (MSE) \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc sayesinde yollar<\/a>,\u00a0k\u00f6pr\u00fcler<\/a>,\u00a0barajlar,\u00a0end\u00fcstriyel tesisler<\/a> ve daha fazlas\u0131n\u0131 in\u015fa ederken kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan neredeyse t\u00fcm geoteknik zorluklar\u0131n \u00fcstesinden gelinebilir.<\/p>\n Kavram a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n Esnek bir istinat duvar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc olan MSE yap\u0131lar\u0131, kontroll\u00fc dolguyu mod\u00fcler \u00f6n y\u00fczey elemanlar\u0131na tutturulmu\u015f \u00e7elik veya geosentetik donat\u0131 se\u00e7enekleriyle birle\u015ftirir. Bu y\u00fczey elemanlar\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitlilik g\u00f6sterir ve beton paneller, metalik panellerden veya bitkisel y\u00fczeylerden olu\u015fabilir.<\/p>\n G\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmi\u015f Toprak\u00ae uygulamalar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n 60 y\u0131ld\u0131r d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda in\u015fa edilen Reinforced Earth\u00ae yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n toplam y\u00fczey alan\u0131 66 milyon metrekareyi a\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de 25 y\u0131lda 1,5 milyon m2 ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 uygulamaya imza at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n \u0130n\u015faat sekt\u00f6rlerinin tamam\u0131nda yap\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131zla \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm orta\u011f\u0131 olduk.<\/p>\n M\u00fchendislerimiz, \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen statik ve dinamik y\u00fckleri g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurarak, i\u00e7 stabilite kontrolleri ile Donat\u0131l\u0131 Zemin\u00ae yap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 tasarlamaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zel kullan\u0131m alanlar\u0131na ve ama\u00e7lanan hizmet \u00f6mr\u00fcne uygun bir malzeme se\u00e7imi ve uygun miktarlar kullanarak proje i\u00e7in optimum tasar\u0131m elde edilmektedir.<\/p>\n Onlarca y\u0131ll\u0131k deneyimimiz ve ar-ge \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z, geni\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcn ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yelpazesiyle proje ve saha k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar\u0131na uyum sa\u011flayabilen tasar\u0131m se\u00e7enekleri sunmam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131.<\/p>\n \u00c7elik donat\u0131 \u015feritlerimiz<\/strong>, metalik donat\u0131lara uygun dolgu t\u00fcrleri i\u00e7in \u00e7ekme ve gerilme kapasitesini optimize etmek \u00fczere tasarlanm\u0131\u015f ve test edilmi\u015ftir. \u015eeritler, s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f dolgu ile s\u00fcrt\u00fcnmeyi sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in \u201cnerv\u00fcrlerle\u201d desenlendirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n S\u0131cak dald\u0131rma galvanizleme y\u00f6ntemiyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen korozyon korumas\u0131, 75 y\u0131l, 100 y\u0131l veya daha uzun bir tasar\u0131m \u00f6mr\u00fc elde etmek i\u00e7in en uygun se\u00e7enektir.<\/p>\n Geosentetik donat\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z<\/strong>, kullan\u0131lacak dolgunun \u00f6zelliklerine, y\u00fck fakt\u00f6rlerine, gerekli hizmet \u00f6mr\u00fcne g\u00f6re se\u00e7ilir.
